6th Annual Women Build Ground Breaking Ceremony

Each year the Habitat Women Build Team raises the funds to support a home rehabilitation or new build while also working at the build site and supporting the needs of the family. Additionally the family puts in 300 hours of sweat equity during the process.

The ground breaking ceremony is the first time volunteers and sponsors will see the home (no actual construction at this event) and have the chance to get excited about the transformation that will occur over the coming months which culminates with a family achieving homeownership! Everyone is welcome to attend as the Women Build Team puts the first symbolic shovel in the ground. Rain or shine!
Ceremony officially begins at 9:15am.
